What did you like about your stay in the property or location?
It was very homely. All the staff were very friendly and attentive. The meals were delicious. It is a perfect base location for visiting sites nearby.

The lock didn’t work on my room door. And there was no soap in the ladies toilet for a couple of days.

Very friendly staff especially Ronan. Great to see hotel that actually has a residence bar!

Continental breakfast ok but would prefer option of a hot breakfast.

The service was good and the members of staff were very polite and helpful. I cannot comment on the stabndard of Wi-Fi as I did not use it.

The view from the bedroom window, but it was not exactly a problem.

Hotel is situated in the heart of Newport. Room was very nice and spacious. Staff couldn’t be more helpful and welcoming. Lovely continental breakfast offered. If you prefer a cooked breakfast Kelly’s kitchen is a minute’s walk. Also bar attached to hotel has a nice varied menu

Our sray was fantastic thank you brought for a your help and kindness ...we loved the room bar food and breakfast and the whole place is very clean ..we will see you all soon xx

Very nice rooms and friendly staff.

I would have liked a better selection for breakfast. Any longer than a couple of nights and the continental breakfast gets a bit bland.

Newport idéalement située par rapport à Croagh Patrick et Achille Islande notamment. Restaurants dans l'hôtel et à proximité. Excellent petit déjeuner.

We had a great stay we wanted to have a cocktail bit they said try didn't have the ingredients at bar that's my only gripe. Staff were lovely all round

Great staff and very friendly, lovely food, comfy bed, fab location, looking forward to our next visit.

Not a big issue at all, but the bathroom was a tad outdated but functional.

Newport is famous for Kellys pudding and sausage's,, with their premises right next store but the hotel chooses a cold continental Buffett for breakfast.

Staff were very helpful and welcoming. Particularly Sharon, Claudia and barman. Hotel very well located and room very spacious with excellent bathroom

Disappointed no cooked breakfast available. I don’t think this is acceptable given the prices that you are charging for a room. You would be better off not offering any breakfast in my view.
