What did you like about your stay in the property or location?
I tried to make a reservation via booking.com, but when I did not get a confirmation email from them, I telephoned the hotel directly. Due to the time of day, I spoke to a gentleman who I believe to be the night porter, who took my contact details and said that I would be called the next morning. The following morning I was telephoned by a lady called Orla, who booked me in immediately.
I was very impressed by their efficiency, and would highly commend both of these staff members - they are a credit to your establishment!
The accommodation was excellent, with the beds being particularly comfortable.
What did you not like about your stay in the property or location?
We were in room 106, and the toilet flush mechanism emitted a weird loud almost howling sound as the water left the cistern.
I feel that there should be an channel number leaflet for the TV, and that it would be good to have the RTE News channel included.
