I enjoyed my stay very efficient too on service Breakfast. staff very helpful.

On the Breakfast menu I would have liked bananas to on beside the Apples. Apart from that there was plenty of Continental Breakfast options.

What did you like about your stay in the property or location?
Location was excellent. Room was big and beds were very comfy. For breakfast, described as continental, there was so much choice of fresh food you wouldn’t want anything else. Staff were very friendly and great value for money. Would definitely stay again.

Maybe although the dark lampshades in the bedroom looked lovely they made the room quite dark.

We were aged 60 + so thought lighting was weak enough.in room even one light that was stronger than others would have helped...

Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good bar and food was lovely. Overall very enjoyable and great value for money compared to other hotels we have stayed in.

Clean comfortable room. Nice staff. Secure storage for our bikes.

Disappointing breakfast. Poor quality food apart from the fruit salad and brown soda bread. Coffee undrinkable!

Relaxed atmosphere in the hotel. Location of hotel is excellent in the middle of Newport. Nice bar and availability of food in the bar.

Beware Room 102 located between the lift and the main road. Impossible to sleep on our first night....listening to the lift on one side and monitoring the traffic flow on the other! The receptionist very kindly moved us to Room 112 on the second night....different experience and a great sleep. Would stay again.

What did you like about your stay in the property or location?
The room was clean and tidy and the beds comfortable. The continental style breakfast was excellent. We dined in the bar at night & found the service great and the food very good, with some interesting choices.

Nothing. It was all good & I would stay again.

Helpful and friendly staff. Comfortable seating areas. Great location. Very nice breakfast choices

Bedroom was far too dark. Almost impossible to read which is very disappointing when on holidays. Roast beef choice on dinner menu was just about ok but the service was excellent
