Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Food in the bar was delicious. Wish I lived nearer

I booked a family room for myself my mother and my daughter when we arrived after travelling for 3 hours got to room there was a double and a single. Went back to reception was told there's only 1 family room in hotel it was given to a family with 2 kids which is understandable but an email should have been sent to inform me of the changes I wouldn't have travelled all that way. My 15 Yr old ended up with a fold up bed. Everything else was good.

Excellent friendly staff. Spotless big room with a big comfy bed. Food in the bar was delicious and reasonably priced. Ideally located, only 45 mins to Knock Shrine and 15 mins to Westport

Welcoming friendly staff. Room with a table by the window looking down the street. Fabulous breakfast feast. Can't wait to come back

Excellent service, wonderful staff. Breakfast was very good plenty of healthy food instead of the big fry. Great location for climbing the Reek and going cycling on the greenway. Thank you for having us

Staff v friendly and helpful. Location fabulous. Nice to have water and tissues provided which is not always the case these days

The staff couldn’t be nicer. High standard of hygiene throughout hotel. Rooms were well appointed, beds very comfy.

Hotel was lovely and clean, The staff were very pleasant and always happy to help. The room was spacious and clean.

Parked in car park in the back and couldn't get in back door at 11.15 at night the button for reception wasn't working or there was no one on reception. Had to move car to front of hotel.

Everything, from the moment we arrived the staff could not be more friendly. We arrived early, our room was not quite ready but the lovely lady on reception gave us some tea and coffee along with a printout of a bus timetable. The bedroom was so clean, comfortable and bright. We had a small medical need due to a sprain, the girl on duty in the bar gave us ice. We enjoyed a relaxing drink and the following morning we had the most beautiful breakfast. Everything was so fresh and again the girl on duty was so pleasant. I am so looking forward to returning for an extended visit.
