We were on business travel. We received a lovely welcome. The hotel was very clean. The rooms were warm and the beds were comfortable. We also had dinner in the bar and it was very good. I would definitely stay here again.

Staff are excellent and friendly, good was amazing. Receptionist very helpful. There is nothing to complain about at this hotel it may be old style but that's what keeps it's charm. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend

Very friendly and accommodating staff, providing breakfast earlier than usual as we had an early start. Staff were very communicative with my young son who has additional needs and made him feel very much the centre of attention - thanks again!

The staff were so helpful. The food was really lovely in the bar.

We realised that the breakfast was going to be continental but by the third morning we missed having warm eggs. We understand though and survived!

Every member of staff, from the receptionist when I called to book it, to the receptionist at check in, to the bar staff and night porter, were absolutely excellent. So friendly and accommodating. The food is fantastic and prices very reasonable. The accommodation is spotlessly clean and very spacious. We enjoyed the peace and quiet and took a short drive to Westport and around the coast during the day. The little town of Newport is lovely for wander around too.

Very friendly and welcoming staff, for whom nothing was too much trouble. Lovely foyer with comfortable sofas where I could plug my laptop in and work, or sit and enjoy a coffee or drink. Great location in Newport for exploring the area and going for a wander. I was able to take advantage of a great room rate for two of the three nights of my stay as at was low season - this made it fantastic value! I was very pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed my stay, and wouldn't hesitate to stay again in the future. Thank You!

Very enjoyable, helpful and positive staff. Quality of lighting in room could be improved, not great for reading. bar and restaurant gave good food and value.

Staff were brilliant, very knowledgeable and very friendly, they couldn't do enough for us . Great value for money, room was beautiful and spacious, breakfast was delicious, will be recommending to everyone, will definitely be back for a 2 night stay , has to be one of the top hotels in Ireland , definitely on par with Ashford Castle , 5 star all the way . Staff are worth their weight in gold , so friendly and chatty

I booked this for my dad and my uncle for 3 nights, they couldn't fault their stay at all, they loved the location, the friendly staff, the food and the beds, they will definitely return for another stay soon. They said orlagh was very good to them, and any communication through email to myself was very helpful. Thank you

Hotel was beautiful and spotless ,as was my room. The hotel had a lovely feel about it and the staff were friendly,courteous and easy to get on with. Hotel is in a great location for visiting other Towns and places of interest within a 30 Kilometre radius. I had a lovely stay and would highly recommend. Thank you
