What did you like about your stay in the property or location?
Large and bright rooms, with very comfortable beds. Excellent breakfast with wide choice. Great value. But your biggest asset is your staff, very friendly and still professional. Lady on reception is just brilliant and the breakfast team were so efficient and friendly All staff made us feel so welcome. They seem very happy so well done. I lecture HRM so well done.
What did you not like about your stay in the property or location?
Small issues. Lobby and lounge need a refresh. Cobwebs in corners and tables were marked and a bit "sticky" when we had dinner. Patio area out front needs weeding. Fresh water in rooms each day would be a nice thing, not just for first day. WiFi needs upgrade, very weak in room. Car park on night of festival had groups of teenagers, drinking and breaking bottles. I was okay but some might find that intimidating. Back entrance, yard is a bit grotty .
