What did you like about your stay in the property or location?
Orla ( hope I have her name correct )at reception was so welcoming and engaging. The room was spacious/warm with piping hot water and a powerful shower. Tthe view of the mountains from the bedroom window and the view up mainsteet at breakfast really brought the landscape alive. For me it’s a gem and I’ll be back. 👍

Staff were excellent- friendly and professional

Noisy room i.e. traffic noise from very early morning 4.30 Noise from cistern when flushed- should be easily resolved. Breakfast not as requested ☹️

Hotel Newport is a warm, friendly place to stay,the rooms are so clean and cosy and the staff couldn't do enough for us, Also after a long day the food was absolutely lovely. Definitely be back again

Had a wonderful time Beautiful meal each evening Staff very friendly and would go out of their way to help you I wanted to give 5 stars to all questions but they didn’t register my touch

Central location in a most beautiful town, what a glorious room view of the town, the family room was so spacious warm and loads of hot water and clean , the continental breakfast was exquisite so much choice, and a beautiful dining room , it was such a wonderful experience staying there , and a lovely friendly staff

The room and bathroom are tastefully decorated and are nice and big with everything we needed. The bed was lovely and comfy. The staff were very welcoming and friendly.
What did you not like about your stay in the property or location?
There are two things that might need attention, The drawers on the bedside tables are a bit wonky and hard to open and close. Also there aren't any sockets beside the beds. This is just an observation and didn't take away from our stay in any way.
