Excellent room, very warm and clean, food good and hotel in great position in the centre of the town

Staff very helpful and friendly. They looked after us well. Even met the chef who went out of her way to cook what wasn't on the menu for us. Receptionist lovely and the dining room staff particularly nice and friendly.

The weather wasn't great but we had expected it as its February.

Wonderful staff, very clean room, tasty breakfast and comfy bed.
What did you not like about your stay in the property or location?
some f the party were expecting hot food for breakfast, like sausages and rashers etc... but for me, I was cmpletely satisfied with the offerings.

We were disappointed to be given a disabled room without a bath. No cooked breakfast included in our stay.

No hot breakfast on offer ,( though I may not always choose one ) 320€ for two nights given service and general fabric of the building is too expensive !

Friendly helpful staff, especially the night porter! Lovely big towels in the bathroom. Perfectly clean everywhere Food was lovely.

We loved our 3 night stay in this centrally located hotel in Newport. All of the staff were warm and friendly. The food was excellent and the brown bread was scrumptious!. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We were made feel welcome right from the start.

Everyone was really lovely. They went above and beyond with any questions we had and were very personable. Particularly Orla, John and Eddie were really fantastic.

I liked all our stay, everything was perfect - loved the breakfast

Can't say that I didn't like anything - place os clean, modern, comfortable, close proximity to everywhere- only problem and I told reception who dealt with it, convertor fo shower and bath was not attached, so this neeneeded sorting, id a bath and it was lovely, maybe touch up psint work, wood around bath flaking but overall- we loved ouour stay snd value
