Friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere in the bar. Good food in the restaurant. Plenty of parking options.

Minor point: the lighting level in the room was very low, making it impossible to read a book/newspaper.

Well located in village.

Needs a bit of updating in old fashioned sockets unable to use and poor television programme choice. Otherwise stay was comfortable and staff very pleasant.

When our room was tidied well we were out, one of our room keys was removed without our knowledge.

Very professional staff, made you feel right at home and also the room was spotless.

A shower unit would be an item that I would replace as I know when your a certain age its difficult climb in and out of a bath.

Very friendly staff food and bar prices very reasonable. Room service very good .room very spacious.

Our room and en-suit was larger and of a higher standard than expected.

While the continental breakfast was very good w e would have preferred a wider choice of breakfast to include full Irish choice

Loud talking at front of hotel in early hours (3am ...) Sat. Right under our window!

Everything is lovely there. Great hotel. Lovely staff. Good food. Love our break aways there.

All is perfect except WiFi patchy . Duvets are SO heavy . Way too warm as bedrooms are snug. Great hotel though

The staff were so helpful and friendly, our rooms were clean and spacious and the breakfast was plentiful

Comfortable bed, excellent breakfast, decent coffee and friendly reception.

It was all very good. The room was big and clean. Checked on every day with new tea and biscuits, fresh towels etc…..

Not a lot of parking spaces at the back/ underground. You need to get there early.

Hotel Newport is situated in a lovely little town,only 7 mins by car from the hussle and bussle of Westport.lovely pubs in newport .hotel does a fabulous continental breakfast, you'd never leave hungry...loads of FREE parking at hotel. Staff are very welcoming..rooms lovely, loads of toiliteries, big white fluffy towels..food in bar very tasty and reasonably priced..I'd highly recommend hotel newport.. mulranny with its beautiful beach is only a short drive away.
