The staff make everything so easy from arrival to departure. Josh in the bar was both friendly and helpful. Reception greet us when we arrive and almost make us feel like family coming home. Food too is always excellent.

Nothing. Internet was a bit slow but nothing to complain about or take from our enjoyment.

Wonderful location for travelling around the west, safe free car park onsite with a large amount of information for sightseeing in the foyer and areas to relax. There is a great atmosphere in the Hotel,I stayed in a large spacious double room, very clean and fast wifi. The hotel has exceptional staff, bar/restaurant on site with 5 star food, a surprising variety to suit every pallet, and nothing they couldn't do for you or prepare, It was undoubtedly one of the best dining experience and stays I have had in an age and highly recommend.

The large seating area in the foyer is perfect for family gatherings.
What did you not like about your stay in the property or location?
The pillows. 2 were to high and 1 was too low. Your website does not do you justice. The large party for the 90 th bday on Saturday nearly chose another hotel because website did not show the amount of seating area other than the bar.

Cannot thank all the staff at Hotel Newport enough - brilliant customer service, lovely breakfasts and the beds are the best hotel beds I’ve ever slept in, Every member of staff was so accommodating as our plans changed throughout the week - highly recommend Hotel Newport Thanks all ❤️

Very central to Greenway, Achill etc Breakfast was great plenty to chose from and staff loveky! Room was a great size compared to some hotel

The room was lovely, clean and quite. The evening dinner was excellent

The breakfast was very disappointing. The room didn't have an iron after it was advertised as having one. There was no telephone in the room to contact reception. So i had to go down to reception to get an iron brought to the room. I don't mean to be complaining but i just think little touches make a big difference
