The Staff and Service were Excellent. Very friendly and Knowledgable. The breakfast is very fresh and tasty. Professional Service. The Bar/Lounge was comfortable with nice service and very good food. Loved the little outdoor patio with the Latte and pastries. Great service again! Room was big and clean. Great location in the little town. Ann Canada🇨🇦

What did you like about your stay in the property or location?
Staff were unfailingly helpful and friendly. Housekeeping was reliable and the room and bathroom were very clean. Location - convenient for visiting places such as Achill, Ballycroy etc. Newport is a smaller, friendly place and less mobbed during the busy season than nearby places such ad Westport..

Would have liked more choice on the evening meal menu - specials were often home made and better value.

Friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere in the bar. Good food in the restaurant. Plenty of parking options.

Minor point: the lighting level in the room was very low, making it impossible to read a book/newspaper.

Needs a bit of updating in old fashioned sockets unable to use and poor television programme choice. Otherwise stay was comfortable and staff very pleasant.

Very professional staff, made you feel right at home and also the room was spotless.

A shower unit would be an item that I would replace as I know when your a certain age its difficult climb in and out of a bath.

Very friendly staff food and bar prices very reasonable. Room service very good .room very spacious.

Our room and en-suit was larger and of a higher standard than expected.

While the continental breakfast was very good w e would have preferred a wider choice of breakfast to include full Irish choice

Everything is lovely there. Great hotel. Lovely staff. Good food. Love our break aways there.

All is perfect except WiFi patchy . Duvets are SO heavy . Way too warm as bedrooms are snug. Great hotel though

It was all very good. The room was big and clean. Checked on every day with new tea and biscuits, fresh towels etc…..

Not a lot of parking spaces at the back/ underground. You need to get there early.
