There is nothing not to like or indeed love about your hotel. Excellent Location with carparking. Comfortable, warm and well equipped room. Breakfast choices were probably they best we have ever seen. Menu choices for Dinner were amazing and the food was fabulous, The cocktails and liqueur coffees were a perfect end to each evening. A massive thank you to all the team for the most impressive, efficient and outstanding service we have ever experienced. Nothing was too much for this team... excellent service from entering the front door to exiting it... a true hidden gem .. will definitely be back..

We were sadly there for funeral reception and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our short stay went as smoothly as possible

The staff made our stay absolutely faultless. They could not do enough for us and Bronagh in reception was beyond obliging when I asked her if we could change to an accessible room for my elderly mother as we had not thought to book one. The bedrooms were enormous - beds were very comfortable, bath and shower which I loved as I am a bath person! We were in Newport for a memorial service and our in the evening before was fabulous. Beautifully cooked and enormous portions. One of the best sea food chowders I have ever had - a meal in itself. The reception following the service was also held in the hotel and again the food was plentiful and the manager was very very attentive and obliging with the area we were in presented sensitively with candles and it just made the day so lovely for us. Thank you all so very much for your kindness during a very difficult time for both families.

Most enjoyable Hotel break.We regularly take Hotel breaks and this Hotel we rate as the best we have stayed in .Staff friendly and helpful..Room was first class and the food was excellent This Hotel biggest Asset is that it has the personal touch where nothing is too much for the customer..Above all Customer service and great communication skills of staff is it's biggest asset..

Every thing, it was centrally located, an excellent base, and the property was excellent, the staff were very helpful and friendly they couldn’t do enough for us.

This is a lovely quiet Hotel with exceptionally friendly staff. While not a fan of the continental breakfast there is a very good selection provided. However the lunch and evening food served here is excellent with particular emphasis on the seafood chowder which is second to none. In general there is a lovely atmosphere in the Hotel. It is conveniently located to cover visits to Achill, Castlebar, Westport and beyond.

My only negative would be the lack of a cooked breakfast but this would not be a "game changer".

Was here with 8 friends- Perfect location for Croagh Patrick hike and exploring area Blacksod lighthouse -brilliant the tour not to be missed Solas visitor centre excellent Newport lovely town nice shops, pubs and restaurants, the Hotel was clean warm and rooms lovely but most of all the Staff were so friendly nothing was a hassle- Thank you Mary and all the Staff

We stayed one night in your lovely hotel.All your staff so friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious and beds very comfortable. Lovely surprise to have a hot breakfast in the morning. It was very much appreciated and very tasty.

A little pricey... upstairs whilst comfortable is in need of attention..damaged doors..tired carpets...Shower curtains????? We were repeatedly locked out of our room due to key issues.
